Here at The Dust Palace we believe circus is for everyone!
Our outreach and community circus programmes aim to bring the joy and benefits of circus to the wider community. Learning circus skills provides a wide range of benefits to the participant – increased attention span and focus, personal and social growth, mental and emotional health, – all the while within a non-competitive and fun atmosphere. It creates a space in which participants feel a sense of belonging.
Through workshops and performances with youth organisations, people with disabilities, school children and other groups we want to help the community reconnect and establish new relationships by creating friendly, safe and supportive community driven projects that will enhance an area as a whole. The Dust Palace Charitable Trust outreach programmes provide a service to nurture local communities by increasing their access to circus arts.
