Booking in advance is required for all classes. Students are responsible for their bookings and for reading all terms and conditions before purchase and booking.
Classes are subject to availability. If a class is full, you can add your name to the waitlist. You will be notified automatically if a spot opens up. If you need assistance booking, please contact us promptly, we are happy to help where we can. We are unable to offer a refund if you fail to sign up and the class becomes full.
The Dust Palace operates on a term-booking basis for regular classes. Cancellations must be done within 24 hours before the class starts. If you need to take extended time off due to due to injury, we may be able to extend your credits. If this is the case, please contact the school manager as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend a class you have booked and have not cancelled, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.
Term dates are available on our website and we are unable to transfer or refund any unused credits across terms so please plan ahead and be sure to book in.
The Dust Palace reserves the right to cancel any class, but will make every effort not to. If a class is canceled, you will be notified by email or text. In this case your credit will be returned to your account and you can use it to book a make-up class as described above.
