Terms and Conditions

Booking in advance is required for all classes. Students are responsible for their bookings and for reading all terms and conditions before purchase and booking. 

Classes are subject to availability. It is advisable to use your computer (not the app on your phone) to sign up for the full term of your desired class to avoid missing out. If you need assistance booking the full term, please contact us promptly; we are happy to help. We are unable to offer a refund if you fail to sign up for the term and the class becomes full. Once a class is full, you can add your name to the waitlist. You will be notified automatically if a spot opens up. 

The Dust Palace operates on a term-booking basis for regular classes. If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.

Term packs are valid for the term stated. Eg; The “Term 1 adult 1 class per week” pack is only valid for Term 1. Term dates are available on our website and we are unable to transfer or refund any unused credits so please plan ahead and be sure to book in. Other credits such as casual classes and intro packs also have listed expiry dates, please check these carefully and be sure to book in prior. 

If you need to take time off due to self-isolating with covid, recovering from covid or after an unexpected injury, we may be able to extend your credit expiry. If this is the case, please contact the school manager as soon as possible. 

​The Dust Palace reserves the right to cancel any class, but will make every effort not to. Classes could be canceled due to government warnings, unsafe conditions, tutor illness (if a replacement cannot be found), or extremely low student sign ups. If a class is canceled, you will be notified by email or text. In this case your credit will be returned to your account and you can use it to book a make-up class as described above.
